hello, my name is Jill. I am starting a new project where I will make layouts. THEY ARE ALL ORIGINAL and hopefully none of you will steel any of them. It takes me a long time to do some of these layouts..and if you make your own for your xanga then I'm sure you can relate. Here is a list of rules I have come up with and I expect them to be followed. If not then..well, Then we'll see what happens. Here's the list.

1. All or any stolen layouts made my O0HLALA_layouts//Jill Kinsley will not be tolerated. These are Copywrite ©
2. If you use anything on my site, please give the credit to me and not yourself.
3. DO NOT steel any pictures, backgrounds, ect. that I have created myself to make my layouts.
4. If you decide to borrow anything from me, please leave some props.
5. you MUST MUST MUST leave a comment for me even if you're just stopping by and looking around! =]
